New Nike Metcon 7 Style for Women – Overview
Metcon 7 is the gold standard for the gym, boot camp, and weight training. Because of its underfoot pressure mapping, this version is 9% more stable than prior versions. It has a heel stabilizing plate dispersing weight from edge to edge and flexing to make cardio intervals more relaxed.
This version of Metcon is perfect for weightlifting, Bootcamp, HIIT workouts, sprints, and intense gym workouts. The Nike React foam lets you take it into high gear during cardio drills and sprints. The upper has also been revamped and has improved ventilation while protecting high-wear areas from wear.
Metcon 7 is made to transition between various activities smoothly. It has an updated rubber wrapping on the sides for grip during rope climbs and excellent traction from floors to pavement. The toe box is spacious but still is supportive because of the mesh upper, so you don’t feel too loose. The tab locks down laces to keep them out of the way, and the flex grooves on the outsole allow natural forefoot bend.
