The line is composed of clothing and gear such as tank tops, leggings, training shoes, hoodies, sports bras, and shorts. They use a sweat-wicking, breathable, comfortable, and flexible material. Make your workouts less taxing and more fun with the help of these gears.
Project Rock 5 Disrupt Training Shoes
The Project Rock 5 Disrupt Training Shoes have a durable engineered mesh upper that is lightweight and breathable with stretch and structure where you need it. The UA TriBase™ maximizes ground contact, boosts natural motion, and delivers the flexibility to grip during lifts.
These shoes use the responsive UA HOVR™ cushioning to lessen the impact, return energy, and help push you forward. They have a molded TPU heel-to-midfoot strap to stabilize and lock down your heel while allowing forefoot mobility. The shoes are available both for men and women.

This hoodie is made from 57% Cotton, 38% Polyester, and 5% Elastane, making it super-soft to provide all-day comfort. It has a four-way stretch material that moves better in every direction.
The Project Rock Show Your Work Sleeveless Hoodie has a shaped hem with a side-vent. It also has a graphic that appears when exposed to moisture, so you know you’re working hard.
Men’s Project Rock ArmourPrint Fitted Tank
The original HeatGear® fabric used in the Project Rock ArmourPrint Fitted Tank is super-light, breathable, and dries fast. It has a smooth, weightless ArmourPrint on the shoulders and forearms, adding extra durability to make the gear last longer.
The woven panels on the shoulders add durability and the mesh side panels add ventilation. The body of the tank is made from 84% Polyester, and 16% Elastane and the mesh is from 88% Polyester and 12% Elastane.
Men’s Project Rock Rival Fleece Disrupt Printed Crew
The Rock Rival Fleece Disrupt Printed Crew has an ultra-soft, cotton-blend fleece with a brushed interior for added warmth. It has a front kangaroo pocket with raw edge hem detail.
This fleece is made from 80% Cotton and 20% Polyester. It has a ribbed collar, cuffs, and bottom hem.
Women’s Project Rock Infinity Mid Sports Bra
Tailored for medium-support activities, the Infinity Mid Sports Bra delivers strategic support when you do cycling, weight training, and boxing.
