The Nano X3 is the most advanced Nano ever that features a pivotal new midsole technology, soft yet durable upper, and Floatride Energy Foam. It is the most dialed-in Nano yet, focusing on comfort and support while offering a fresh new look and feel.

Nano X3 Styles for Women – Overview
The Nano series aims to provide in-the-box athletes with the most advanced shoe possible while continuously improving to meet the needs of all fitness consumers. As the Official Shoe of Fitness, the Nano X3 is created to provide dependable performance, innovative comfort, and an attractively sleek and stylish versatile design. The most significant addition to the latest Nano release includes a comprehensive Lift and Run (L.A.R) Chassis System in the midsole to deliver adaptable support across all training demands.
A dome TPU piece in the heel stiffens under heavy load for added stability when lifting and then cushions when not under load. The dome is wrapped by Floatride Energy Foam for additional responsiveness and cushioning for running and jumping. A TPU plate is also attached to the dome for added lateral and torsional support and forefoot propulsion.
The updated sleek heel shape and the newly developed heel clip add comfort and boosted stability and style. At the same time, the ROPEPRO+ outsole and new tread pattern provide ultimate protection against wear and tear and improved outsole grip. The FlexWeave knit upper is lightweight, breathable, and durable, using a minimum of 30% recycled upper materials.
