Let’s take a look at the newest Nike Metcon 7 AMP style.
The difference between Metcon 7 and Metcon 7 AMP is that AMP offers exclusive and limited edition colorways of the shoe. AMP has an exceptional design and a more distinctive look but still has all the qualities and features of Metcon 7.

Here are some of the styles we are going to look at:
Nike Metcon 7 AMP – Overview
Nike Metcon 7 AMP is a cross-training shoe made tougher and more stable than earlier versions. It has a heel stabilizing plate spreading the weight from edge to edge and flexing to make high-intensity intervals feel safe and comfortable. Due to the underfoot pressure mapping, this iteration is 9% more durable than previous models.

Metcon 7 AMP is made for athletes, weightlifters, and CrossFit enthusiasts, making it perfect for HIIT, Bootcamp, CrossFit, weightlifting, and running. Revel in the overhauled rubber arch support and rubber tread that adds ultimate traction and better grip. The handstand clip at the heel lessens drag during wall exercises, while the Flywire cables incorporate with the laces to protect your midfoot.

The Metcon 7 AMP has enhanced runnability, so you can seamlessly move between heavy lifting, training, and running with Nike React foam, adding plenty of responsive, comfortable cushion. The lightweight and spring Nike React foam allows you to punch it into high gear during cardio drills and sprints. The AMP has an updated rubber wrapping on the sides for grip during rope climbs and a hook-and-loop tab to keep laces locked down.
